LOL doll games are all the rage! What better way to keep your little LOL doll lover engaged and entertained than with games featuring her favorite cuties. In the past year or two, lots of LOL doll games have been released. We’d love to write that they are all amazing, but that’s just not true. Some are better than others. Fortunately, we’ve tested almost all the LOL doll games out there and can steer you in the right direction. They make great standalone birthday and Christmas gifts.

#5: LOL Monopoly
Love Monopoly? So do we! And so do older LOL doll lovers.
Monopoly’s LOL edition isn’t all about the benjamins and property…it’s about dolls, of course. Players have to buy, swap, and trade LOL fan favorites in this simplified Monopoly version. Although it is stripped down, this game is still best played by little ones 8 and up. Below that age, you will spend a lot of time explaining the rules and managing the game, which is why the LOL version of this classic gets our 5th place spot. Upside? It comes with blind bags for your little one to open!
Game play tips:
- Have your little one be the banker, so she can practice her addition and subtraction.
- Store the money in a paper envelope and the tokens and other pieces in a small sandwich bag. We’ve found that limits lost pieces and preserves them pretty well.
- Let the youngest go first and the loser clean up.

#4: LOL Surprise! Pogo It
What if you could get your little one moving, keep her occupied while you do something else, and make sure she has safe fun–all at the same time? You can! That’s where LOL Surprise! Pogo It comes in. While LOL Monopoly helps with counting skills, Pogo It works on body skills. Balance, endurance, and core strength to be more precise.
The goal of the game is simple: jump and balance on the ball as long as possible. It seems easy, but trust us, it’s pretty difficult. While the premise of the game is straightforward, LOL Surprise Pogo It is actually versatile. There are two different game modes–one with music, one with commands. Your little one can play alone or with friends. She can do it indoors or outdoors. Once she’s older, she can use the other side of Pogo It for more challenging game play. So many options and movement fun earn LOL Surprise! Pogo It our 4th place spot.
Game play tips:
- Wearing a bicycle helmet is a must!
- If she’s going to play indoors, be sure to move ALL objects and furniture well out of falling distance.
- She can jump to her own music if it gets boring.
- We recommend using this game only for age 6 and above. Under age 6, your little one may lack the necessary coordination and physical awareness to play Pogo It safely.

#3: 7 Layers of Fun
The first LOL doll board game released is still one of the best! 7 Layers of Fun is a uniquely LOL doll game with a premise that originates directly from the LOL Surprise! Universe. The game goal: collect all the layers for your LOL doll. That’s right…it’s the opposite of unboxing! As your little one spins and goes around the game board, she’ll unbox, trade, or peek at tokens (for accessories, shoes, secret messages, etc.) she needs to complete her LOL ball. This game takes at least 30 minutes to play and is super fun, so it gets 3rd place on our list. In our opinion, though, you should get this game plus the top 2 because…well, the more LOL doll games the better.
Game play tips:
- Don’t let anyone peek at the tokens while putting them into the surprise balls.
- Keep using the bottles even after the doll has been chosen because the big paper dolls don’t stay on the stand or move around the board well.
- Store the tokens in a plastic sandwich bag, so your little one does not lose them.

#2: LOL Surprise! Ball Pop
While 7 Layers of Fun was the first LOL board game released, LOL Surprise! Ball Pop was the FIRST GAME launched by the makers of LOL dolls. You absolutely need to get this game NOW because:
- It’s free!
- She can play it on your phone.
- You can download it from the Google Play or Apple Store.
- It’s extremely fun for her AND you.
- The game is updated frequently, so it has all the dolls released from recent series.
Playing Ball Pop is a great way for her to virtually collect LOL dolls and, perhaps, ease the strain on your wallet. Our little one found the virtual unboxing experience almost as exciting as the real one.
Game play tips: None because it’s super obvious!

#1: LOL Sleepover Game
This game is awesome! Seriously.
LOL Sleepover Game is kind of a stripped down truth-or-dare with sleep masks. Here’s how to play: Pick a mask, pull a card. Do what’s on the card and you get that many stars. Most stars wins.
Super simple!
But super fun…
Each card has interesting, fun, and inventive tasks for your little one to complete. Oh, and they’re themed around the LOL club the card belongs to. For example, your little one might have to sing happy birthday with water in her mouth or wear her mask and draw on another player’s hand (blindfolded). There are so many cards and so many tasks that it will be a long time before the game gets old.
We have played this game with kids, moms, and dads…and everyone loved it. She will love watching her dad be silly or mom be athletic or brother sing his heart out. We have even taken a pack of cards to dinner at a restaurant for more family fun.
Oh, and the eye masks are really cute, too!
With its family friendly fun and complete inventiveness, LOL Sleepover Game grabs our top spot for Best LOL Doll Game.
